At 4Life, we work hard to ensure your order arrives quickly, safely, and exactly as expected. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your items are shipped, as well as what to expect throughout the delivery process.
Shipping Location
All orders are shipped from Greenville, South Carolina.
At this time, 4Life ships only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.
Processing Time
Once your order is placed, it will be processed within 1–3 business days. Processing includes order verification, quality checks, packing, and preparation for shipment.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Weekend and holiday orders begin processing on the next business day.
Please note that orders cannot be changed or modified after purchase, as fulfillment begins promptly to maintain fast delivery times.
Shipping Times
After processing, standard U.S. shipping typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Delivery times may vary slightly due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak holiday seasons.
Shipping Carrier
All orders are shipped through USPS, our trusted delivery partner.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number, allowing you to follow your package all the way to your door.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders of $25 or more (before taxes and discounts).
Orders under $25 will be charged a calculated shipping rate at checkout.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package is handed off to USPS, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier. However, we understand that issues can occur.
If your package is lost, stolen, or significantly delayed, we handle these situations on a case-by-case basis.
Please contact us with your order number and tracking information so we can assist in resolving the issue.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Because orders cannot be changed after purchase, 4Life is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
